Dance at A&M scotland

Dance rehearsal sessions have always played a major part of what we do at A&M Training. We run rehearsal sessions throughout the week which are run by our experienced dance coaches.

 As well as increasing self-esteem by learning new skills, dance can also help to reduce stress as well as improve overall health and fitness.

We regularly put on dance show and compete regularly at various events throughout the country, managing to pick up awards and trophies along the way! More event information can be found by following us on Facebook.
