Stephanie and her Mum Jacqueline run 5k every day in December!
Stephanie has been a great supporter of Achieve More Scotland, after attending many of our events including our International women’s day event last year, our annual ball which is held in Grand Central Hotel and our Football legends match and dinner which was held in Torrance Hotel. Stephanie and her Mum Jacqueline came up with the challenge to do a 5k every day in December …. the busiest month of the year when most people just want to celebrate, and yes INCLUDING CHRISTMAS DAY! Their efforts were outstanding, and they often posted photos of themselves during the challenge! They raised a fantastic amount of £1,355. Stephanie also attended our International Women’s Day event this year in Blythswood hotel on Thursday 8th March to raise more funds for Achieve More Scotland, massive thank you for your continuous support we are very grateful.

All money raised foes to Glasgow’s young people and ensure that we can continue to provide services. Achieve More Scotland has recently marked their 9th year anniversary and are working with over 2,500 young people per week in 35 of the most deprived areas of Glasgow, including Possilpark, Milton, Scotstoun, Yoker, Calton and Maryhill. All services offered by Achieve More Scotland is free to participate and we believe that this helps reduce social inclusion in areas where young people can’t always afford luxuries such as attending a football session or dance class.
We are also getting ready to take part in yet another Kiltwalk on Sunday 29th April to raise funds for Achieve More Scotland, and also our third annual ball being held Saturday 5th May in Grand Central Hotel.
