Kiera Joined Achieve More! Scotland in 2010 as sessional dance coach while studying her HND in Professional Stage dance. Throughout her time as a Dance coach she volunteered helping out and became very involved with Achieve More!  Upon completion of her HND  Kiera progressed on and took on the role of Head of Dance & Activities.  Taking this step meant she was responsible for planning and managing the dance programme and maintaining the high standard we have always produced. Kiera has continued her personal development while been with achieve more she has gain many qualifications including SVQ in youth work.

Throughout the year Kieras tasks are to engage directly with our young people and coaches, plan and organises shows/competitions, plan & organised camps and work closely with our schools team.

Kiera created achieve mores competition teams she coaches the teams on a weekly basics, these teams are made up from participants from all around Glasgow who have come through our programme and show a strong interest in dance. These teams have been to many competitions/shows and represented our amazing charity to a very high standard.
